Just Lights offers delivery Australia Wide.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Orders with items that require ordering (stock is not on hand) can take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

Delivery times will then vary depending on location. Please see the estimated time frame for shipping:
• NSW/ACT Please allow 2-3 Business Days (Approx)

• VIC/QLD Please allow 3-4 Business Days (Approx)

• SA/TAS Please allow 5-7 Business Days (Approx)

• WA/NT Please allow 10-15 Business Days (Approx)

Upon checkout, you will have the option of express postage. Please keep in mind that express postage is for shipping timeframe only and is not associated with our dispatch turn around times.


If you have selected to pick up your order in store, this also will take up to 5 business days if the items need to be ordered (stock not on hand). However, if the items are available in store, you will be notified within 1-2 days.

Product Warranty:
By law, Just Lights provides 1 year warranty on all LED lighting. Unless stated longer by the company. Warranty is always a replacement warranty only. W do not cover the cost of electricians.

Colours in Images:
Actual product colours may slightly vary from images due to monitor differences.

Floral Arrangements:
Please note that our floral arrangements are limited as they are individually made. In the unfortunate event that a floral arrangement purchased is unavailable until next shipment, you will be given the option of a refund or credit note.

Light Globes:
Majority of light fittings will not include light globes.
These products will have the option to purchase light globes. The light globes supplied will be based on the best suitable standard LED globe.
If you prefer a particular decorative or vintage globe, please purchase these separately, found in the ‘Light Globes’ category.

Installation:
All lighting installations must be performed by a licensed electrician.
Returns will not be permitted if the product is deemed unsuitable by an electrician.

Product care:
All lighting products need to be dusted and cleaned with a soft cloth to maintain the product’s appearance and longevity.

Aluminium, Brass and Stainless Steel will naturally oxidise and change overtime from outdoor elements.

Assembly:
Some lighting products will require assembly. This is due to shipping costs and minimise risk of damage during transport. Please refer to the manual in the package for the assembly instructions.

Showroom: We love to offer as many products as we can to cater for many different home styles, however we aren't able to keep everything on display in our showroom. So please keep in mind that some items will be online only and cannot be viewed in our showroom.

Returns:
Customers who wish to return a lighting product due to change of mind or cancel an order will be offered a credit note to use storewide, valid for 12 months. This credit note will not include the shipping cost.
We do not offer refunds from change of mind.
A full refund will be offered if the item is deemed faulty upon inspection only.

The following items are not permitted a return due to change of mind:

  • All Homeware Collections
  • Wall Clocks
  • Cushions
  • Clearance/Sale items
  • Custom made LED strips/profiles
  • Halogen Globes
  • Gift Cards

    Damaged or missing items:
    Just Lights just be notified about any damaged or missing items within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer is to provide photos of the damages via email salesjustlights@gmail.com
    Our team will investigate the matter and provide a reasonable solution.

    Products that have been installed cannot be returned for any reason.

    Any products returned for a credit note/exchange will need to be in the original packaging and in original condition. The customer will need to pay for the return shipping label. The label will not be provided until payment is received.
